Healthy Banana Oatcakes

Strong cravings for bananas these days. Made these oatcakes for breakfast. Filling and healthy breakfast to start the day. Lets go!

Ingredients: (makes 4 small oatcakes: 1 serving)

4 tbsp of oats
1 banana, mashed.
1 egg
2 tbsp of olive oil.

Mix the first three ingredients together.
Panfry them.
